Current Sheets:

Make sure you are using the "Current Version" of the Incentive Reference Sheet. Only the information in the current version for the day of delivery is guaranteed.

To know which sheet is current, go to the www.autodealerhelp.com homepage and click on "GM Dealer Resources - Current Sheet List" to confirm the "Effective Date" of the current sheet.

You can find out what the current sheet is online, this verifies that what you have is correct. If you need to have an update sent to you: Call us and we will fax it.

Ignore the fax time stamp at the top of the page: We use the "Effective Date" at the top of each Incentive Reference Sheet page as the identifier.


Update Your Information:

It is important that we have up to date information on who to send the Incentive Reference Sheet to.

If we fax the sheet to the wrong person, and you miss an update, it could cost you a sale or a charge back.

Whenever there is a personnel change at your dealership, an area code or fax number change, please fax us a note on your dealership letterhead requesting the change and provide details.

After we change our records we keep these requests on file for 60 days to prevent unauthorized changes.


Suspected Errors:

First, if you suspect we made an error, verify that you have the current sheet. If you do not have the current issue: Call us and we will fax it to you.

Call us if you suspect an error on the Incentive Reference Sheet. Maybe we are wrong, maybe we are right: Work this out with our staff. If we are correct, we will not pay you for doing something that goes against what the sheets say.

If you see a program on Dealerworld and it is not on our sheet, CALL US, it may not be a new program, but a reissue of an old program. This means we already cover it.


Share And Share Alike:

The Incentive Reference Sheet works best when it keeps everyone at a dealership "on the same page".

If sales and F & I use the same sheets, this lets one know how the other set up a deal. When the office staff sees deliveries, they know what programs to apply and how to apply them.


Specials - Read the words:

We boil down several pages of information into a paragraph or two. Because we use fewer words, each word carries a lot of weight. Read the program descriptions thoroughly and carefully.

Customer Account Questions and general business questions:

Monday thru Friday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Eastern Time Zone)

We provide someone to answer dealer questions between the hours of:
Monday thru Friday: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (Eastern Time Zone)
Saturday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Eastern Time Zone)
Sunday: Closed

We close the following Holidays:
  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
We request that one person at a dealership be designated to contact us with questions -- typically a Sales Manager or an F & I Manager. If several people call us, the same question might get asked (and answered) several times.
