AIS Announces Customizable Incentive Information

Greg Kelly started with AIS this month. Greg spent over 10 years working as a Manager with Incentives at General Motors. 
Greg is our Director of Marketing. His job is to expand our client base and identify other channels so we can make additional investments in our products and services.  Additional clients will enable us to keep our services priced at very affordable rates.

Data Connection- Information Delivery:
A few months ago, we added three T-1 Phone Lines. This month we added two more T-1 lines this month for a total of five. We use these to send email updates of the Incentive Reference Sheet as well as for our Autodollars.com and Dealerdollars.com websites.  These high-speed lines provide for ultra fast delivery of information to our clients.

Computer Hardware:
We are continuing to invest in our computer systems to process information quickly.  We recognize the need to invest in technology to improve our service to you.  This new system will provide the horsepower needed for AIS to add new enhancements that are coming in Q4 – more to come…..

Email with Fax Notification:
A couple of months ago we implemented our “Email with Fax Notification” Service. This service required us to create custom programming to keep track of everyone we send an email to, then create a fax list so we can send a one-page fax that says, “check you email”.  The notification fax is an important part of email service: you never need to worry about missing an email.

Consolidated Sheets:
Today we can make sheets with whatever GM Divisions our customers sell. For example a Buick- Pontiac GMC Dealer can now get one sheet that combines all three, rather than a Buick Sheet, a Pontiac Sheet and a GMC sheet.  This has helped dealers by reducing page count by 30%!
